CONSULTANCY
Having led kitchens for more than 15 years, I've gained a lot of experience and knowledge about menu engineering, foodcost, systems and organizing.
As a consultant I come in as an extra force and a bridge between the headchef and management and will mainly be advising and supporting.
Staring a consultancy project we first set goals, expectations and an estimate of how many hours i need to achieve those goals.
